The role:

• Support students in and out of the classroom


• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons


• Provide one-to-one and small group support


• Assist with classroom management and student engagement


• Help create an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people


• Be patient, proactive and adaptable


• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Be committed to supporting students’ academic and personal progress
