Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide targeted support to students with autism and SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.


• Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons that cater to the specific needs of students.


• Promote independence and confidence among learners through supportive interactions and encouragement.


• Manage behaviour positively, creating a safe and conducive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in SEN support or youth work, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with secondary school-aged students.
