Salary: £40,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Term-Time Only (8:00am-4:00pm)

Your Role
- Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.
- Adapt learning for students working at a range of academic levels.
- Build confidence, resilience and positive attitudes towards learning.
- Prepare students for GCSE Maths and other appropriate qualifications.
- Work closely with support staff and wider professionals to support EHCP outcomes.
- Create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment.
- Support students to achieve both academic and personal success.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of SEMH, SEND or alternative provision settings.
- Ability to differentiate learning and remove barriers to progress.
- A resilient, patient and nurturing approach.
- Commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
