Job responsibilities

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage operations of product deliveries and restocking both the stockroom and the sales floor.


• Effectively manage stock levels, interacting with the supply chain;


• Ensure efficient organization of the Back of House;


• Manage product transfers;


• Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to achieving store performance targets;


• Manage inventory;


• Implement new processes/projects related to logistics and Back of House organization;


• Support sales activities and provide customer assistance.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset;


• Strong analytical and organizational skills;


• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;


• Flexibility;


• Proactivity and problem\-solving skills;


• Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems;


• Proficiency in English (B2\); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus;


• Availability to work on weekends.
