Seasonal Operations Positions

Accountabilities

• Perform seasonal maintenance, preparation, inspection, and quality control of equipment to ensure operational readiness for future activities.


• Support the overhaul, cleaning, repair, organization, and storage of bicycles, equipment, and related materials throughout the winter season.


• Assist with inventory tracking, documentation, and maintenance records to ensure accurate operational oversight.


• Coordinate and monitor operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to established timelines and quality standards.


• Provide guidance, instructions, and support to team members involved in maintenance and operational projects.


• Participate in winter projects, including equipment preparation, software updates, kit assembly, warehouse organization, and logistical support activities.


• Maintain organized, safe, and efficient workspaces while contributing to overall operational excellence.


• Collaborate closely with operational teams to support changing priorities and seasonal business needs.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team-oriented environment.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and provide clear instructions.


• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities, workflows, and operational requirements.


• Experience in equipment maintenance, operations support, logistics, or related fields is preferred.


• Interest in bicycle maintenance, mechanical work, or operational coordination is considered an asset.


• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and operational environments.


• Ability to lift up to 22 kg (50 lbs) to waist height and 15 kg (35 lbs) overhead.


• Eligibility to work within the European Union through citizenship or a valid work permit.
