Your Mission \& Challenge

- Be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers
- Proactively build and generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Identify, research, and qualify target accounts through strategic outbound prospecting
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage key decision\-makers
- Create, test, and optimize email sequences and multi\-channel outreach campaigns
- Lead initial discovery conversations with prospective customers to understand business needs and qualification criteria
- Accurately document prospect interactions, insights, and next steps within the CRM system
- Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team
- Leverage modern AI\-powered prospecting and sales tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to uncover and develop new business opportunities
- Join a high\-performing and ambitious team with a clear career path toward an Account Executive role
- Play a key role in helping establish NEURA Robotics as a global leader in robotics and Physical AI

- 1\+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, startup environments, consulting, or finance
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Strong analytical mindset with a basic understanding of qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Genuine interest in technology, robotics, automation, and Physical AI
- Highly motivated, goal\-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
- Ownership mentality with a proactive and self\-starting approach
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment
- Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and decision\-makers
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools is a plus
