Scrum Master – Embedded Software Environment

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the rollout and adoption of Agile ways of working within embedded software development teams.
You will play a key role in facilitating team collaboration, improving delivery practices and helping stakeholders adopt a structured Agile framework.
Your responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Support teams in identifying and removing impediments.
Ensure the consistent application of Agile principles and governance.
Monitor delivery indicators and team performance metrics.
Support backlog management, prioritization and sprint planning.
Coordinate communication between development teams, product stakeholders and management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organization.
Profile / Requirements

Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role.
Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent command of Jira.
Experience supporting Agile transformation or organizational change.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in an embedded software or complex technical environment is an asset.
A recognized Scrum certification is preferred.
Mandatory requirements
Fluent French.
On\-site presence at least four days per week.
