Position: Remote Support Worker
Location: Care Home or Home Care Setting, Beautiful Island in Scotland
Contract Duration: 12 weeks (with the potential for extension)
Pay: £17.91 per hour PAYE (rolled up), including paid accommodation
Setting: Supporting adults in a care home or home care environment

Role Overview:
In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to adults in either a care home or home care environment. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality personal care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of your clients. You will make a difference in the lives of those who need it most while enjoying the tranquillity and natural beauty of the Scottish islands.

Key Requirements:

• Car driver (must have access to a car)


• Over 18 months of UK care experience


• SVQ2 or equivalent qualification in care (preferred)


• Excellent communication skills


• Friendly, compassionate, and positive attitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
