Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative functions such as payroll, HR compliance, and facilities management to support smooth daily operations

  • Prepare detailed reports for governors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability

Requirements
  • Proven experience in school administration or business management within an educational environment

  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and procurement processes

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting

  • Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, vendors, regulators, and the wider community

  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and health \& safety regulations applicable to schools

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
