School Business Manager

Salary: Grade 8 Scp 25\-30 . FTE £37,563\-£42,123

Contract type and term: full time, permanent ( subject to an initial probationary period) Possibility of Termtime Plus may be considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taming the Chaos: From managing budgets and overseeing facilities to ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations, you’ll be the operational glue holding everything together.

  • Chief Problem Solver: Whether it’s a sudden logistics puzzle or optimizing administrative workflows, you’re the person with the plan (and Plan B).

  • Supporting the Superstars: You'll work closely with the Headteacher, CFO, and COO to ensure our staff and students have everything they need to thrive.

  • Master of All Trades: HR and Payroll management, financial operations and supplier contracts; if it keeps the academy operating efficiently, it's in your domain.
