School Business Manager
Farrer Barnes is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected education organisation to recruit a Business Manager to support a group of specialist schools.
This is a broad and rewarding leadership role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to ensure the effective operational management of multiple sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding educational provision through the management of finance, HR, estates, compliance and business operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Supporting strategic decision-making as a member of the senior leadership team
- Overseeing HR processes, payroll and workforce planning
- Managing estates, facilities and health & safety compliance across multiple sites
- Developing and monitoring contracts, suppliers and service level agreements
- Ensuring robust operational systems and procedures are in place
- Supporting audits, governance and regulatory compliance requirements
