Job Title: Scheme Operative

Head Office Location: Brookside Industrial Estate, Wednesbury

Job Location: Midlands

Salary \- £25,387\.40

Contract type \- Permanent

Working hours \- Full Time (37\.5 hours per week)

About the role

  • To undertake a mobile caretaking role, as required on a variety of sites.

  • To carry out bulk rubbish removal where required, ensure bin store areas are kept clear and bins are levelled off. Checking, clearing and cleaning of communal areas.

  • To report repairs, ASB and any potential hazards discovered on any site to your appropriate line manager.

  • To inspect areas for hazards prior to work commencing and to make sure that all sites are in a safe and orderly condition during and after works.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

You must have a Full UK Driver\`s License to enable you to be successful as you will be travelling to multiple locations weekly \- you will be provided with transport.

You must have the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload to achieve deadlines and be able to effectively use hand\-held electronic devices.

You need to have a positive attitude and have good interpersonal skills to be able to talk with residents and build a rapport on the schemes based at.

You will need an eye for attention to detail and be aware of Health and Safety regulations to ensure necessary repairs are raised.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
