M8 Scaffold are a progressively growing company who are looking for Scaffold Labourers or Part 1 scaffolders for contracts across central belt with occasional working in Highlands as they come along. Work is mainly over to Helensburgh, down to Lockerbie and mainly about Glasgow and Lanarkshire so suggest your best living with a hour of Glasgow

This role involves assisting with scaffolding installation, maintenance, and dismantling on various sites. The ideal candidate will have worked within the scaffolding industry, eager to learn, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations.


• Carry and position materials and tools required for scaffolding tasks.


• Support skilled part 2 and advance scaffolders on site.


• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised to promote safety and efficiency.


• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and safely.


• Assist with site preparation including loading and unloading materials.


• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times during operations.

• Support with erection and take down scaffold mainly cuplock and Tube/Fitting depending on the project


• Roof projects with system roofs


• Haki stairs


• Birdcage and crashdecks


• Mainly commercial work which is 2 to 3 weeks project

• CISRS Labourer or part 1 card


• Full UK drivers license, no more than 3 points or ban in past three years. Must be driving for three years

• 5\.6 Weeks holiday with 1 additional day for each completed year up to 5 extra days
