Saturday Sales Support Assistant
Role Purpose
The role is suited to someone wanting to start their career in Property Sales. It will give the candidate a great understanding of the sales cycle and all the processes and administration that make the sale/purchase of a house possible.
You will be supporting the sales team in booking appointments, viewings, valuations and selling Financial Services.
The role will also involve dealing with all front of house enquiries, answering the telephone and screening phone calls, meeting and greeting clients, and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
Candidates will also be required to complete administrative jobs as allocated by the office manager and manage individual projects.
Location: Sydenham, SE London
Hours:
Saturday 8\.30am – 6pm

- Using Estate Agency specialist software
- Keeping the office tidy

- Presentable and professional appearance
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages

- Good spoken and written English: able to explain issues clearly and in detail
- Good attention to detail: ensures that all tasks undertaken are completed with accuracy
Pay: £12\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
