Responsibilities
--------------------

• Project Delivery

+ Lead full SAP project lifecycle delivery and implementation activities.

• Project Planning

+ Manage schedules, milestones, and critical project dependencies.

• Budget Management

+ Control budgets, invoicing, and financial project tracking.

• Resource Coordination

+ Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Risk Management

+ Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Documentation Oversight

+ Ensure quality of technical, testing, and training deliverables.

• Stakeholder Management

+ Act as primary contact for business and IT stakeholders.

• Governance \& Reporting

+ Prepare status reports and ensure SLA compliance
Requirements
----------------

• SAP Leadership

+ Minimum 5 SAP implementations delivered as Project Manager.

• Transformation Experience

+ Experience managing large\-scale SAP transformation programs.

• SAP Methodologies

+ Strong knowledge of SAP governance and delivery frameworks.

• Spanish Language

+ Fluent Spanish communication in written and spoken form.

• Stakeholder Management

+ Strong communication across business and IT environments.

• Budget Control

+ Experience managing budgets and financial project planning.

• Project Coordination

+ Ability to manage complex multi\-stream delivery environments.

• Risk \& Governance

+ Experience with project risks, SLAs, and reporting processes.
