About the Opportunity
An international company operating in the Automotive Technology sector is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead strategic ERP master data migration initiatives within a complex and fast\-paced environment.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in SAP master data, ERP transformation projects, and cross\-functional stakeholder management, who are passionate about delivering high\-impact enterprise solutions.
You will play a key role in driving end\-to\-end migration projects involving critical business domains such as product, supplier, customer, finance, marketing, and workshop master data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end\-to\-end master data migration projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with ERP transformation goals
- Manage cross\-functional teams including business stakeholders, consultants, migration specialists, and IT teams
- Oversee ETL activities including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards throughout the migration lifecycle
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go\-live readiness activities
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvements in data management processes and tools
- Manage third\-party vendors and external partners involved in migration activities
Required Experience
- 5\+ years of experience managing ERP implementation or data migration projects
- Proven experience with material master, customer master, and supplier master data migrations
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP integration landscapes
