SAP P2P Project Manager

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP P2P Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management, planning, monitoring, and coordination of the project, ensuring that objectives are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements. As a consultant representing Keystone Solutions, you will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilising and leading the project team.


• Drawing up and maintaining the project plan.


• Coordinating all project activities and resources.


• Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.


• Acting as the central point of contact between the client and the supplier.


• Organising and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and steering groups.


• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks and issues.


• Monitoring project dependencies and escalations.


• Ensuring timely decisions, approvals, and deliverables.


• Reporting on progress, budget utilisation, and remaining work.


• Coordinating the transition to go\-live, hypercare, and operational support.


• Ensuring knowledge transfer and project closure.

Required Competencies:

• Strong project management skills.


• Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.


• Excellent stakeholder management skills.


• Strong organisational and communication skills.


• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.


• Experience with budget monitoring, risk management, and project governance.


• A results\-oriented and proactive attitude.

Desired Level of Experience:

• At least 5\+ years of experience as a Project Manager for ERP or SAP projects.


• Experience with SAP ECC implementations or optimisation programmes.


• Demonstrable experience with projects of comparable scope and complexity.
