SAP FICO Consultant

ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced and Dutch\-speaking SAP FICO Consultant to support a long\-term S/4HANA transformation program in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with a strong understanding of local Dutch financial regulations and integration with Order\-to\-Cash (OTC) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO modules in an S/4HANA environment


• Configure and enhance submodules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO\-CCA, CO\-PCA, and COPA


• Collaborate with OTC teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes with sales and distribution


• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications


• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities


• Provide post\-go\-live support and continuous improvement initiatives


• Ensure compliance with Dutch financial and tax regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 8\+ years of experience in SAP FICO, including at least 2\+ years in S/4HANA


• Proven track record of full\-cycle SAP implementations and rollouts


• Strong understanding of Dutch statutory and tax requirements


• Experience integrating FICO with OTC, MM, and SD modules


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Fluent in Dutch; professional proficiency in English is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP Public Cloud


• Familiarity with tools like SAP BTP, Fiori, and SSCUI


• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
