SAP Consultant

Mission Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team at Keystone Solutions. This consultancy mission will take place at a client site, where you will be responsible for the functional analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and supervision of the implementation of SAP P2P optimisations. As a consultant, you will act as a subject matter expert, translating business requirements into a forward\-looking SAP solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and facilitating Fit\-to\-Standard workshops.


• Analysing and documenting business requirements.


• Translating business needs into a functional design.


• Developing the functional design and configuration of SAP.


• Advising on SAP best practices and lessons learnt from similar projects.


• Drafting and maintaining functional documentation.


• Carrying out and documenting unit testing.


• Supporting key users during system and acceptance testing.


• Preparing and delivering demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions.


• Advising on reporting options and data structures.


• Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimisation within the project.

Required Skills:

• In\-depth knowledge of SAP Procure\-to\-Pay processes.


• Knowledge of SAP ECC configuration and standard functionalities.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Experience with ‘Fit\-to\-Standard’ methodologies.


• Experience with process optimisation and change management projects.


• Strong communication and facilitation skills.


• Ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions.


• Knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation standards.

Desired Level of Experience:

• At least 5\+ years of relevant experience as an SAP Consultant.


• Demonstrable experience with SAP Activate projects.


• Experience in a regulated or complex organisational environment is an asset.
