About Us
We are a brand\-new, modern, and fast\-growing beauty salon in Barcelona. Our mission is to provide our clients with a premium wellness and aesthetic experience in an upscale yet welcoming environment. To lead this project and manage the day\-to\-day operations, we are looking for our future Salon Manager and Aesthetics Expert.
Your Role: A Rewarding Dual Challenge
As the cornerstone of our salon, your time will be divided between hands\-on high\-end treatments and business management.
1\. Technical \& Aesthetics Area (Your Expertise):
Nail Artistry: Flawless mastery of traditional manicures/pedicures, Russian manicure, Gel extensions, Polygel, and nail art.
Facial \& Body Treatments: Performing deep facial cleansings, skin treatments, and wellness massages.
Waxing/Hair Removal: Mastery of various hair removal techniques.
2\. Management, Proactivity \& Profitability (Your Leadership):
Daily salon management (opening/closing, cash registry, stock control, and booking management).
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client loyalty.
Driving business during quiet hours: When the booking schedule is quiet, you will proactively boost the salon’s visibility by managing our social media (Instagram, Facebook), making follow\-up calls to clients to book appointments, and organizing local marketing efforts (such as distributing flyers in the neighborhood).
The Profile We Are Looking For
More than just an employee, we are looking for a true growth partner (an intrapreneur).
Certified/Licensed in Aesthetics (Grado Medio/Superior or equivalent) with proven experience, particularly in advanced nail techniques (Gel/Polygel and Russian Manicure).
Languages: Fluent Spanish is required. English or Catalan will be highly valued due to Barcelona's international clientele.
Versatile, dynamic, organized, and self\-motivated to grow a business from the ground up.
Strong commercial skills and an eye for digital marketing/social media.
