About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager (Customer Engagement) to join our European Marketing team.
In this role, you will manage and optimise customer engagement campaigns across the full customer lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will play a key role in enabling scalable, data\-driven communication across multiple European markets and contribute directly to our ongoing growth and expansion.
You will work closely with cross\-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver personalised and effective customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution of customer engagement campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build, deploy, and optimise automated customer journeys across all lifecycle stages
- Create audience segmentation and personalised communication strategies
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and GDPR compliance across all communications
- Plan and execute A/B testing across campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g. open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Support lead nurturing and alignment with Sales teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve customer engagement
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms (approx. 3\+ years)
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle strategies
- Hands\-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and/or similar tools
- Experience with segmentation, dynamic content, and personalisation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Well\-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A key role in shaping customer engagement strategy across Europe
