Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Government Cloud solutions aligned with client business requirements.

  • Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM implementations and enhancements.

  • Configure Salesforce applications, workflows, automation processes, integrations, and custom components to support operational needs.

  • Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities across project lifecycles.

  • Ensure high-quality coding standards, system performance, security compliance, and platform optimization within Salesforce environments.

  • Support remote project delivery while coordinating effectively with teams operating in UK time zones and international environments.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical expertise during solution implementation and post-deployment support.

Requirements


  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM technologies, including Public Sector Cloud or Government Cloud implementations.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration.

  • Experience delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects within public sector, government, or highly regulated industries.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, APIs, security standards, and deployment best practices.

  • Ability to work independently in remote environments while managing priorities and collaborating with distributed teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills with the ability to participate in technical discussions confidently.

  • Salesforce certifications are highly valued and demonstrate advanced platform knowledge and implementation expertise.

  • Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
