Location: South West/ Mostly Remote - occasional onsite for meetings and workshops may be required

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to support the ongoing development, enhancement and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
This role is focused on hands-on engineering and development, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust Salesforce solutions, integrations and platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex
- Build and maintain Flows and automation
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations
- Work with event-driven integrations and data
- Support data migration and complex data management
- Develop Service Cloud functionality across Cases, Leads and Opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and development of the greenfield solution
- Strong commercial Salesforce Development experience
- Strong hands-on Apex
- Extensive Service Cloud
- Salesforce Flows and automation
- Salesforce integrations/APIs
- Event-driven integration experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a greenfield environment
- Salesforce Data Cloud
- Agentforce
