Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and CRM solutions.

  • Develop detailed user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support solution design and implementation.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable and effective Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Configure Salesforce CPQ and other Salesforce cloud products, including workflows, automation tools, and business process enhancements.

  • Support solution testing activities by collaborating with developers and stakeholders to validate functionality and ensure requirements are met.

  • Participate in client-facing activities such as discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing sessions, and end-user training.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and process improvements to enhance existing Salesforce solutions and project delivery.

  • Manage multiple project priorities while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across engagements.

Requirements


  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to Salesforce CRM environments.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including implementation involvement in at least one to two projects.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation tools, and business process optimization.

  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.

  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce automation tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.

  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.

  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing and conducting end-user training sessions.

  • Salesforce certifications are considered an advantage.

  • Basic coding or development knowledge is a plus, though not mandatory.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
