<p>Hudl’s Revenue Operations and Enablement Team is focused on unlocking efficiency and increasing productivity for our client-facing roles, especially when it comes to the revenue cycle.</p>
<p>We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to provide technical expertise to our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing our core tech stack. Revenue Operations (think: business analysts) gathers user requirements, Revenue Systems (that’s us!) builds a technical solution, and Sales Enablement trains users. </p>
<p>In this role, you’ll:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Be the expert</strong>. You’ll embrace new technologies, and quickly level up your knowledge of our systems. You’ll educate and empower your coworkers on how to leverage technology to improve performance.</li>
<li><strong>Practice servant-leadership</strong>. You’ll provide top-tier support to internal customers, leading by example.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate</strong>. You’ll work closely with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations teams to implement innovative solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Drive innovation.</strong> By leading the implementation of new ideas, you’ll optimise our systems and empower our reps.</li>
</ul>
<p>We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives near our office in Chiavari, but we're also open to remote candidates in Itlay. Remote candidates would have the ability to work from a co-working space or their home.</p>
<h2>Must-Haves</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experienced. </strong>You’ve worked in a revenue or sales operations role using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Salesloft or similar systems. Bonus points if that experience includes working with a globally-distributed sales team!</li>
<li><strong>Self-motivated.</strong> You take ownership of learning new processes and any outcomes on your plate.</li>
<li><strong>Passionate.</strong> Helping (sales)people work with technology is something you care deeply about.</li>
<li><strong>Organised.</strong> You can juggle multiple responsibilities effectively, and know how to deliver results in a high-performance environment.</li>
<li><strong>Team player.</strong> You’re down to share not only the workload, but also your knowledge with peers.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Nice-to-Haves</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Certified. </strong>You’ve had formal training or certification in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development or Salesforce CPQ.</li>
<li><strong>Agile-familiar.</strong> We work with Agile methodologies and manage work in Jira—and you have too.</li>
<li><strong>SaaS experience.</strong> You previously had a role within a SaaS model and business.</li>
</ul>
