We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Working Student to support our business growth in Berlin. In this role, you will help identify new business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and contribute to the acquisition and onboarding of new corporate accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, and customer relationship management within a fast-growing technology company.
Employment Type: Working Student (20 hours per week)
Contract Duration: Fixed-Term, 6 Months

What you will do:

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify potential business opportunities in Berlin.

  • Support the Sales team in acquiring new customers through cold calling, prospecting, and door-to-door visits.

  • Present Lalamove's services to prospective customers and support the onboarding process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Assist with account management activities and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve individual and team acquisition targets.

  • • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and eligible to work as a Working Student in Germany.

  • Available to work 20 hours per week for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

  • Comfortable engaging with prospective customers through proactive outreach activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and German, with good working proficiency in English.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
