Sales & Venue Coordinator

We are The Liberty Productions, a prominent European classical music concert organizer, with a presence in Barcelona, Budapest and Prague. We believe in innovating classical concerts through immersive experiences that prioritize both artistic excellence and fair conditions for our team.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales \& Venue Coordinator to drive sales for our concerts of classical music in the San Isidro Church, in Madrid. Acting as the primary contact at the venue, this hands\-on role combines sales, team leadership, and event oversight to deliver an exceptional experience for attendees.

YOUR ROLE:

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for staff and The Liberty Productions management.


• Proactively sell tickets in person at the box office of the church.


• Manage and hire a team of promoters, organize their schedules and oversee their payroll and performance \- active control.


• Communicate with the orchestra regarding payroll and schedule management.


• Ensure the smooth technical and administrative execution of events.


• Oversee the inventory of print materials.


• Maintain box office and branding at the venue.


• Create reports.


• Represent the company in dealings with the venue management.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are an advantage)


• Strong organization \& communication skills


• Experience in sales is an advantage


• Proven ability to work proactively, independently, take initiative, and solve problems on the spot


• Attention to detail in managing inventory, payroll, and administrative tasks


• Experience in team management, including hiring, scheduling, and performance oversight

• €80–€150 net/day (performance\-based)


• Work on Fridays \& Saturdays
