This forward-thinking business is continuing to grow, and they are now looking for a Sales Valuer to join their high-performing team.

The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Deliver accurate and confident property valuations that win instructions
- Lead engaging market appraisals, communicating value and opportunity effectively
- Manage the client journey from initial contact through to completion
- Conduct well-managed property viewings that convert interest into offers
- Proactively network and generate new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships to secure repeat and referral business
- Proven experience within estate agency (sales, lettings, or valuations)
- Strong track record of generating business and winning instructions
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for autonomy and income control
- Ambitious and resilient with a proactive approach to business development
- £26,500 basic salary
- £50,000 – £100,000+ OTE (uncapped)
- Market-leading commission structure (up to 40%)
- No weekends
