About the role:

We have a Key holder vacancy. We are looking for someone who has a passion for a career in retail. You would be responsible for ensuring the store hits its daily targets and daily KPIs, you would need to be able to manage a team of people ensuring they are meeting their individual targets as well as adhering to the service module. You will also be selling during non peak times and leading by example. You would also ensure the store standards were met each day. We offer full training and love to see people progress in store. We would be looking for someone that is fully flexible.

Someone who is reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

The role of a key holder and a sales team member will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.


• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.


• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards


• Flexibility to work a 5-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.


• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.


• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.


• You would need previous experience as a key holder/supervisor, junior level is perfectly.
