Sales Team Leader

Day-to-day of the role:
- Drive the conversion of quotations into confirmed orders.
- Support and motivate the sales team with technical quotations and customer enquiries.
- Develop existing customer accounts by identifying additional project opportunities.
- Proactively prospect new customers and market sectors.
- Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage and grow key internal accounts.
- Deliver online CPD presentations to architects and specifiers.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in internal sales, account management, or business development within the construction or glazing industry.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience with technical sales and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- A full UK driving licence.
- 8:30 - 16:45 Mon - Thurs and 8:30 - 16:00 Friday
