Sales Team Leader

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of a Sales Team Leader.

Permanent, Monday - Friday full-time position based in Birmingham.

The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees.

Salary:

£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (Staff earning up to £9,000 per month bonus) + Excellent Benefits & Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Sales Team Members


• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers


• Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements


• Guide customers through the company's services and explain the process clearly


• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers


• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey


• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships


• Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services


• Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently


• Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce


• Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets


• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service

• Previous experience within a similar role


• Commercially minded with the ability to recognise sales opportunities


• Customer-focused approach without relying on hard-selling techniques


• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries


• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial


• Positive, proactive and results-driven approach


• Comfortable working within a target-driven environment

• Uncapped commission - high OTE
