Overview

The Sales Team Lead is a pivotal commercial role responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team. The position focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing pipeline management, and ensuring operational excellence to support sustainable revenue growth.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross\-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, maintain KPI ownership, and foster a high\-performance culture. Key Responsibilities

1\. Sales Performance \& Operations
- Drive commercial performance and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead day\-to\-day sales execution and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Own pipeline management and ensure accurate, disciplined forecasting.
- Maintain visibility over pipeline health, market developments, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Implement and reinforce best practices, reporting standards, and performance tracking to ensure consistent execution.
2\. Team Leadership \& Coaching
- Lead and inspire a high\-performing sales team in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment, setting clear expectations and standards for success.
- Drive a strong performance culture built on accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, live feedback, and hands\-on support.
- Partner with Sales Leadership on hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent to ensure long\-term team strength.
- Identify growth opportunities within the team and actively support career development and internal progression.

- 4–6\+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, or coaching sales teams in fast\-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, and sales operations.
- Hands\-on, proactive mindset with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a high\-performance, office\-based environment.
