Sales Support
- Annual Salary: £29K per annum

- Job Type: Full-time with a hybrid working schedule
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle all new customer enquiries, converting qualified leads into booked appointments for our design consultants.
- Conduct high-quality sales follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed and our sales pipeline remains robust.
- Brief our sales consultants thoroughly, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet customer expectations.
- Support post-sale activities, including booking appointments and updating customers, to ensure smooth handovers across teams.
- Maintain a friendly and supportive environment, prioritising the customer's needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced or sales-led environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a flexible, solution-focused attitude.
- Motivated by delivering high-quality service and achieving individual targets.
- Competitive salary with potential to earn up to £27k OTE.
