Sales Support Executive (Telephone Sales)

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of premium adjustable beds and rise \& recline chairs, providing a nationwide service direct to customers in their own homes.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Sales Support Executive to join our friendly head office team in Widnes.

This is not a traditional customer service role. It's a sales\-focused position where you'll support our nationwide field sales team, speak with customers throughout their journey and identify opportunities to increase sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As a Sales Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting our nationwide field sales team.


• Completing customer quality assurance (QC) calls.


• Selling additional products and services, including service plans.


• Speaking with customers by telephone before and after delivery.


• Managing customer orders and delivery schedules.


• Liaising with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.


• Maintaining accurate customer records.


• Providing first\-class customer support throughout the sales process.


• Occasionally dealing with customer queries or complaints (these are very rare).

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and telephone skills.


• Enjoys speaking with customers and building rapport.


• Has the confidence to ask for the sale and close business.


• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Works well as part of a team.


• Is positive, self\-motivated and enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment.

Experience in telephone sales, retail sales, sales support, account management or customer service with a commercial focus would be an advantage.

Working Hours

You'll work a rotating shift pattern:

Monday to Friday

• Early Shift: 9:55am – 6:00pm


• Late Shift: 2:00pm – 9:00pm

Saturdays

• 10:00am – 6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)

No Sundays.
No Bank Holidays.

• £27,000 basic salary.
