You’ll be joining a business where sales operations is a strategic function, not just an administrative one.
The role
You’ll support the full sales lifecycle—owning quoting, order progression, and CRM accuracy—while working closely with Sales, Technical, Finance, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and strong commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Sales operations \& commercial support
- Produce accurate quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work (SoW)
- Support deal structuring to ensure profitability and consistency
- Convert won opportunities into orders and coordinate delivery handover
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries
- Work cross\-functionally to ensure smooth execution of sales
- Proactively manage issues and keep stakeholders informed
- Maintain high\-quality CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Produce regular reports on pipeline, performance, and forecasting
- Support sales leadership with insights and tracking
- Assist with tenders, frameworks, and public sector submissions
- Conduct light market and competitor research to support positioning
- Accurate, timely quotes that support win rates and margin
- High\-quality CRM data enabling reliable forecasting
- Efficient progression of opportunities through the sales cycle
- Strong coordination across teams, improving customer experience
You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys working at the centre of a commercial team.
We’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales support, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication across teams and with customers
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Have experience in IT, MSP, or technology environments
- Are commercially curious and comfortable working with data
- Enjoy improving processes and challenging inefficiencies
- £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
- Flexible full\-time or part\-time options
