Edge7 Networks are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the sales function — ensuring the team can focus on winning business while you handle the coordination, administration, and client communication that keeps everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day\-to\-day administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations

  • Attend customer calls and service reviews to identify and own requests for quotes, proposals and additional services.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer data, pipeline activity, and deal records are accurate and up to date

  • Act as a first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads and routing them to the appropriate team member

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and demos on behalf of the sales team

  • Process sales orders, track delivery timelines, and liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure fulfilment runs smoothly

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding proposals and quotations to support pipeline progression

  • Assist with the organisation of sales events, trade shows, and client hospitality
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer\-facing role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, team\-player attitude with a keen eye for detail

  • Be able to grow the role into a structured function within the company and make it your own

  • Comfortable working in a target\-driven environment

  • Experience in Networking, Security and/or MSP environments is a plus
