Edge7 Networks are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the sales function — ensuring the team can focus on winning business while you handle the coordination, administration, and client communication that keeps everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day\-to\-day administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Attend customer calls and service reviews to identify and own requests for quotes, proposals and additional services.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer data, pipeline activity, and deal records are accurate and up to date
- Act as a first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads and routing them to the appropriate team member
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and demos on behalf of the sales team
- Process sales orders, track delivery timelines, and liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure fulfilment runs smoothly
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding proposals and quotations to support pipeline progression
- Assist with the organisation of sales events, trade shows, and client hospitality
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer\-facing role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team\-player attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Be able to grow the role into a structured function within the company and make it your own
- Comfortable working in a target\-driven environment
- Experience in Networking, Security and/or MSP environments is a plus

Pay: €35,000\.00\-€50,000\.00 per year
