Sales Support and Administrator

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator/Manager to join our team in Karlsruhe and provide day\-to\-day support across sales, customer service, marketing and general administration.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career, recently graduated, or has some experience in administration, customer service or sales support and is looking to develop within an international medical device company.
You don't need to have extensive industry experience. Training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, motivation and willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales Director and wider sales team
- Handle day\-to\-day communication with customers via phone and email
- Support existing customers with enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, invoicing and general requests
- Assist with preparing quotations, orders and other sales documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and ensure documentation is kept up to date
- Help coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and calendars
- Support the organisation of meetings, training sessions, conferences and events
- Assist with product launches, customer communications and email/telephone campaigns
- Coordinate information between customers, sales, clinical support, marketing and other internal teams
- Help identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant products and services
- Carry out general office and administrative duties to ensure the team operates effectively
- Support market research and other commercial activities as required

Experience within healthcare or medical devices is also advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Pay: 3\.600,00€ \- 4\.350,00€ per month
