Sales Support Administrator

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established sales and distribution business with the recruitment of a Sales Support Administrator.

Permanent, full-time position based in Cambuslang, Glasgow.

This is a telephone-based role supporting customers, managing accounts and helping the wider sales team develop new and existing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team


• Handle incoming customer enquiries and orders


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers


• Support the development of new business opportunities


• Assist with quotations, pricing and tender enquiries


• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales process


• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders and enquiries are handled efficiently


• Maintain accurate customer and account information


• Provide a high standard of customer service at all times


• Support the wider team with general sales administration

• Previous experience within sales support, customer service, administration or account management would be advantageous


• Confident and professional telephone manner


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Good organisation and attention to detail


• Proactive and self-motivated approach


• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment


• Able to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities


• Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training is provided
