Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Duties
- Oversee daily sales activities and ensure team targets are met or exceeded
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to optimise performance and achieve objectives
- Manage B2B sales relationships, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts
- Utilise Salesforce to track sales progress, generate reports, and analyse data for strategic decision\-making
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven management experience within a sales environment, preferably in B2B sectors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- Extensive experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis
- Demonstrable analysis skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and inform strategic planning
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
