Sales Strategy Intern - Milan (x/f/m)
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Sales Strategy Intern</strong> to join our <strong>Sales Strategy team</strong> in<strong> Milan</strong>. As Sales Strategy Intern, your mission will be to work on real projects that directly shape how our sales organisation plans its growth, measures performance and makes data-driven decisions. You will build the dashboards, reports and analyses that Sales Leadership relies on every day — contributing to strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and data.</p>

<h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2>
<p>Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>
<p><strong>Reporting & Dashboard Building</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment)</li>
<li>Automate recurring reports and ensure data quality across reporting sources</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Data Analysis & Business Insights</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales performance, market segmentation and territory coverage</li>
<li>Identify trends and summarize findings in clear, actionable formats to support business cases and strategic decisions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Go-to-Market & Planning Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support Quarterly Business Review preparation and executive presentations</li>
<li>Contribute to planning cycles by gathering and structuring data, and build scalable templates for recurring activities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align on data definitions, reporting standards and ongoing strategic projects.</li>
</ul>

<li>You have strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring)</li>
<li>You are comfortable building clear and well-structured presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)</li>
<li>You have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>You are curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks</li>
<li>You have an AI-first approach</li>
<li>You are fluent in English and Italian.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Now it would be fantastic if you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Have a first exposure to SQL or data querying</li>
<li>Are familiar with a BI or data visualisation tool (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar)</li>
<li>Have an interest in SaaS, B2B, or health tech</li>
<li>Have a previous internship or academic project involving data analysis.</li>
