As a Sales Specialist, you will support the sale of products, services, parts, and solutions within a defined geographic area. You will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to develop opportunities, deliver demonstrations, and support the overall sales process. This role focuses on standardized offerings while contributing to go‑to‑market strategies and driving successful deal execution.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting sales activities within a defined geographic region for products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.

  • Providing tailored advice to customers on standardized products with predefined options.

  • Contributing to the definition and execution of go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with the broader sales team.

  • Delivering product demonstrations to customers to support the sales process.

  • Working closely with channel partners to drive indirect sales and ensure alignment on strategy and customer engagement.

  • Supporting pricing decisions and commercial conditions within established frameworks and guidelines.

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of customers and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Collaborating with technical sales and support teams to develop opportunities and close deals.

  • Supporting sales execution across small to medium‑sized opportunities within the assigned territory.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Demonstrate a strong results‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.

  • Be a strong team player, able to collaborate in an international environment.

  • Show technical curiosity and an interest in understanding products and applications.

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills for customer‑facing interactions.

  • Be proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
Good to have:
  • Additional language skills such as French and/or German.

  • A technical background (engineering, physics, NDT, or similar).

  • Previous experience or internship in sales or customer‑facing roles.

  • Knowledge of industrial sectors such as NDT, radiography, oil \& gas, or manufacturing.

  • An international mindset or experience working with diverse cultures.
