Sales & Solutions Manager
Datacable, a Managed IT Services Provider with over 30 years of experience in the education sector, is looking to recruit a Sales and Solutions Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in their field, supporting over 100 schools and businesses across Yorkshire and further afield.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving growth within the existing customer base, and collaborating closely with the our partners and internal departments. It is an office based role, with work days being Monday \- Friday and a 40 hour week (with some flexibility to start/finish times).
This role would suit an Account Manager or someone with customer facing experience who has a good knowledge of IT devices and/or systems who wants to develop and advance our Sales and Solutions team.
Responsibilities of the Sales and Solutions Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of educational and business clients.
- Handle renewals and mid\-term adjustments across a range of SaaS and other solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a high level of service.
- Develop new business opportunities from company\-generated leads.
- Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience within a customer facing role, sales or account management.
- Knowledge of general IT hardware, software and systems.
- Preferably, you would have experience managing renewals and sales.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing client relationships.
- Ambition to progress into a more client\-focused and commercially driven role.
- Salary up to £32k depending on experience.
