Windmill Niederrad GmbH are seeking a dynamic Sales \& Revenue Manager to join the hotel team at Wyndham Frankfurt Niederrad to drive the property's commercial performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hotel sales or revenue professional looking to take ownership of both business development and revenue optimization in a fast\-paced hospitality environment.
As our Sales \& Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, and total hotel revenue through strategic sales initiatives, intelligent pricing decisions, proactive account management, and strong commercial leadership.
Working closely with the General Manager and regional commercial partners, you will help position the hotel as a market leader while delivering exceptional results across corporate, leisure, group, and MICE segments.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Commercial Performance
- Develop and execute the hotel's sales and revenue strategy.
- Maximize room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple market segments.
- Manage and expand corporate, government, leisure, group, and travel industry accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, networking activities, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to drive profitable business.
- Develop long\-term relationships that generate repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Manage pricing, inventory, forecasting, and demand optimization strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and booking pace.
- Analyze business performance and recommend actions to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Oversee distribution channels and ensure optimal channel mix.
- Partner with Operations, Reservations, Marketing, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Participate in commercial reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning sessions.
- Promote a culture of commercial awareness throughout the hotel.
- Produce regular revenue and sales performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, channel performance, and account production.
- Use data and market intelligence to guide strategic decision\-making.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Previous experience in hotel sales, revenue management, or a commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution, pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
- Experience with hospitality systems, CRM platforms, and commercial reporting tools.
- Excellent relationship\-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluency in English and German.
