What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.


• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products and services.


• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.


• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution\-oriented conversations.


• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities using internal SalesForce systems and CRM tools.


• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.

• Minimum C1 level of Dutch and minimum B2 level of English – written and spoken.


• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer\-facing role is an advantage.


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.


• A customer\-first mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SalesForce experience appreciated and digital tools.


• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a technology\-enabled environment.


• Willingness to work in a contact center environment, in a hybrid setup.
