<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p>
<p>This is a <strong>customer-facing, performance-driven role</strong> where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.</p>
<p>You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.</p>
<p>This role requires someone who is comfortable:</p>

<li>handling hesitation or rejection</li>
<li>making outbound calls</li>
<li>staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times</li>

<p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Customer service, sales, or collections experience<br>• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person<br>• Strong communication skills<br>• Ability to learn quickly and adapt</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.</li>
<li>Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings</li>
<li>Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Spanish a plus</li>
</ul>
