Sales Representative
We are a well\-established sales force that has expanded across Europe and are looking to grow our original team in Leicester. We are expanding our sales consultants to work directly with a billion\-dollar client.
Those successful will be interviewed directly by the marketing board of directors.
This is a self\-employed commission\-based role with uncapped weekly earnings. The more you do, the more you will earn. We have a high commission rate; on average most reps make £550 up to £800 a week.
It's a full\-time face\-to\-face role where you will be working directly with the client to customers whilst maintaining a professional image.
Looking for:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
- Target orientated with a natural competitive drive and ambition to progress
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Previous experience in sales
- Customer service – bar, retail, hospitality, care work, warehouse
- Full training provided from day 1 and 1–1 mentor
- Fast\-track progression into team leader and business development roles
- Regular team socials – shisha nights, karaoke, bar nights
- Trips abroad for top performers – Lisbon, Belgium, Ibiza

Pay: £489\.00\-£650\.00 per week
