Job Title: UK Sales Representative / UK Expansion Manager

Company: Rayco Modular Homes

Rayco Modular Homes is expanding into the UK market, and we are looking for a confident, professional, and motivated Sales Representative to help manage and grow our UK customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to be involved from the early stages of our UK expansion, dealing directly with customers, managing enquiries, following up on leads, and helping turn interest into sales.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally dealing with customers across the UK, explaining our modular home products, managing follow\-ups, arranging viewings or calls, and helping customers through the sales process from first enquiry to deposit stage.

You will be representing Rayco Modular Homes, so we are looking for someone who is well\-spoken, organised, reliable, and confident when speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to new customer enquiries by phone, email, and message.

Follow up with potential customers in a professional and timely manner.

Explain our modular home range, pricing, options, and process clearly.

Book calls, meetings, and showroom/viewing appointments where required.

Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey.

Keep accurate notes on leads, conversations, and follow\-up requirements.

Work closely with the Irish sales and management team.

Help manage and grow Rayco Modular Homes’ presence in the UK.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Drive sales and help convert enquiries into confirmed customers.

Ideal Candidate

Previous sales experience is preferred.

Experience in property, modular homes, construction, or high\-value products would be an advantage.

Confident speaking to customers by phone and in person.

Professional, friendly, and well organised.

Strong follow\-up skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and take ownership of leads.

Motivated by sales and results.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic computer tools.
