Sales Rep (High Ticket Sales)

We're looking for a highly driven sales professional who will work closely with our network of high\-net\-worth investors closing high ticket investment deals circa £200,000 AOV. This role requires an experienced expert in sales either coming from a B2B background or high ticket product / services sales.

Here is our sales commission structure upfront:

• Our top performers make 9% commission on £55,000 \- £70,000 of revenue that they generate each month.


• Our average performers make 5% of £35,000 \- £50,000 of revenue that they generate each month.

Experience \- No less than 3 years in a sales role, preferably within B2B, high ticket or or investment sales. We're looking for highly skilled professionals who can convert prospects into clients and consistently exceed targets.

Skills \- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets is essential.

Motivation \- A highly driven individual with a passion for sales and a relentless desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong close rate on hot inbound leads.


• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.


• Follow up with leads quickly and professionally to maximise every opportunity.


• Understand client needs and present the right investment opportunities clearly.


• Handle objections with confidence and guide clients towards making a decision.


• Manage your pipeline effectively and keep all opportunities moving forward.


• Work closely with the wider sales team to drive revenue and improve performance.


• Take ownership of your results, activity, and personal development.

• No cold calling — Focus purely on closing warm inbound enquiries with high\-net\-worth individuals and serious property investors.


• Base salary \+ uncapped commission — Consultants with 12\+ months' experience are averaging £75,000\+ per year.
