House of Glow Up, Glow Up Kids and Manchester School of Modelling are looking for an experienced Sales Recruitment Manager to help us recruit exceptional Bookers and Sales Executives as we continue to expand.

This is not a general HR role.

Your primary responsibility will be recruiting high\-quality sales professionals, appointment setters, bookers and sales executives who can thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment who can take ownership of the entire recruitment process — from attracting candidates through to interviewing, shortlisting and presenting only the strongest applicants to management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit high\-performing Bookers, Appointment Setters and Sales Executives

Create and manage recruitment campaigns across Indeed, CV\-Library, Reed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

Screen CVs and applications

Conduct first\-stage telephone and video interviews

Assess candidates’ communication skills, attitude and sales potential

Shortlist only the strongest candidates for final interview with Managing Director Chantelle

Arrange interviews, trial shifts and recruitment days

Build a consistent pipeline of quality sales candidates

Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases

Produce weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates

Help ensure we always have top sales talent entering the business

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience

Proven track record recruiting sales, telesales, appointment setting or booking staff

Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to identify top performers quickly

Professional and confident telephone manner

Self\-motivated and results\-driven

Ability to work independently

Must be able to provide examples of successful sales recruitment placements
