Our goal is to help people and brands realise unique communication in the physical world. We carefully select and develop sophisticated mediums, and employ engineering, technology and an international supply chain to radically improve the value chain and customer experience.
Our teams are based in Berlin and Wrocław and service clients around the world.
Your responsibilities
- Actively driving business growth, customer happiness and retention through providing an excellent consulting \& sales service to our new customer base in Sweden, Netherlands or France.
- Significant impact in current growth phase of the company and actively contributing to important revenue\-based metrics with high degree of management exposure
- Directly impacting customer satisfaction, revenue and overall growth of the business
- Close interaction with our graphic design, engineering and supply chain team to realise projects from idea to finished product and exceed our customer expectations
- Representing our value offering and identity, and communicating with clients and other stakeholders via Email and Phone
- Preparing customer feedback to represent our clients in internal strategy discussions \- to always keep improving our value delivery towards clients and improve our offering and market position
